Hey fitness fred, i recently came to the USA on a golf scholarship. I came out here in August weighin in at 165pounds and have since bulked out to 220 through lifting weights. I enjoy workin out and feeling strong both in life and on the golf courses, can u post a good stretching routine for the whole body to help me stay loose whilst lifting weights?
