Euro Pro charge alot of money for each tournament to players. Should it be reduced or not? If so how much should players have to pay for each tournament?

Its all about the prize money Matt!

Its a big swindle! less entry fee, less prize money

Maybe it should be more to play, to keep the choppers out!

Well considering its only 25to enter a european tour event, its almost 10times that to enter the europro. I personally think that after speaking to a friend of mine on the european tour that its not worth turning professional just to go on the europro tour.

your better of waiting till your at a higher standard and getting on the challenge tour,5 events on the challenge are better than10 events on euro pro.

You have to consider that its£250 to enter, then you have accommodation, food, petrol, car rental, course planner etc its going to work out to be nearly £700 an event bit expensive if you ask me.

This means you have to finish somewhere like 17th or better every week not to lose any money.

This is just my view.

it shouldnt be called euro pro it should be called euro poo!!!!!!!! cos thats what it is! its a money making scheme for mr hearne. i would rather stay amateur . if u aint good enough to qualify at tour school to get a challenge tour card atleast u shouldnt turn pro at all!!!!!!!!

OUCH!

Strong views! I know for a fact that the Europro has been running at a massive loss!!

It will also be interesting to see how many Walker Cup players who failed at tour school will turn up there this year - not much else to do!

Did you also know there are ten players in the top 100 of European Tour order of merit who have played regularly on Europro Tour

WELL AS IM PLANNING ON GOING ON EURO PRO I THINK ILL RIP THAT SWINDLE UP LOL

the euro pro just takes money off the new, young guys who are trying to make it and give it all the the ex-european tour pros who are looking to bump up their retirement fund..

surely there should be somesort of champions tour to get the oldies out and give the newbies a shot at making it.

if your good enough you win if not you are out of pocket, its not rocket science. Practice to win by practicing to play, practice and you can win....

Key word - Practice
